FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: mine monorail is comprised of rail segements attached to the suspensions of the lining excavation, each of which includes a plate with holes and bolts in such holes; on top the system is connected to the bolting excavation by means of inserts made of pliable material, while the bottom is connected to a segment of the monorail . The suspension comes with a metal plate placed on the part of the lining on the surface of the insert provided with thickness limiter compression insert placed between the metal sheet and the plate, and the section of each bolt under the plate, has at least one pair of disc springs placed inside the grummet in contact with its inner surface. Belleville springs are installed with the stiffness coefficient determined by means of a mathematical relationship.
EFFECT: reduced dynamic loads on the supports of them and increased stability of the mine.
