FIELD: mine transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mine transport, in particular to suspended battery-powered monorails, and can be used for rolling stock of mine suspended monorails intended for transporting goods and people through underground mining workings. The rolling stock of a mine suspended monorail contains mobile units installed on a monorail connected to the support of a mine tunnel in the form of interconnected traction devices with an electric drive and non-traction devices, a battery connected to a charging source, and a traction control system interconnected with a microprocessor control system. In this case, the traction control system contains a rolling stock tilt angle estimation unit located on each traction device, containing an interconnected inclinometer and accelerometer, and a gross mass control unit of rolling stock containing an interconnected strain gauge and accelerometer connected to traction couplers transmitting traction. In this case, the battery charging source is made in the form of a mobile autonomous charging module connected to the battery, located on a non-traction device and interconnected with a microprocessor control system.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to optimize the process of traction control by promptly estimating the angle of inclination and gross weight of rolling stock during its movement along the alternating profile of a mine suspended monorail of considerable length and branching, which leads to an increase in the efficiency of traction devices while reducing power consumption.
