FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method for organomineral sapropel-based polymer production includes grinding sapropel of natural moisture to the homogeneous state, determination of its moisture and pH index, mechanochemical activation of the produced mixture by adding an alkali to the mixture and intensive mechanical action. After separating large solids the sapropel of natural moisture is charged into a receiver, where it is ground to a homogeneous state, batch fed to a device for mechanical dehydration controlling the residual amount of free moisture, then transferred to a mechanical disintegrator, where it is mixed with an alkaline solution and the produced mixture is made up to a homogeneous state. Then by means of a screw feeder the produced mixture is continuously fed into an intermediate tank, where surplus moisture and dust particles are removed by blowing the mixture with compressed air, whilst the discharge of the finished organomineral polymer into a storage tank is performed subject to gravity.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce organomineral polymer which does not clod up much in storage and transportation, is resistant to temperature drops and does not lose its properties when frozen.
