FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: system of water surface storage of living molluscs comprises a support for containers. Support for containers has a surface to support the containers. Each container has corresponding cells for arrangement of living molluscs, such as lobster, in vertical orientation essentially perpendicular to the surface. Water from the reservoir is supplied, in some embodiments periodically, into one or more containers above a mollusc, and a manifold collects and supplies into the reservoir water injected by a pump system and flowing over the mollusc. In the embodiment the cells are provided with a partition, which divides the inner space of each container, and a separator supports a perforated top insert at the level or below the upper edge of each container, for fluid media distribution into the cells.

EFFECT: invention ensures preservation of living molluscs outside water during storage and transportation.
