SUBSTANCE: invention relates to controlling devices by means of detecting orientation of a device, namely, to controlling photography and a corresponding device. For this purpose when an intelligent mobile terminal detects, that it is in the survey state, it initiates an intelligent portable device for detection of the user action. Intelligent portable device sends the obtained curve of own motion to the intelligent mobile terminal. Then the intelligent mobile terminal initiates a camera application for photographing if it detects that the curve of motion is a preset curve of motion.
EFFECT: technical result is providing the possibility of automatic initiation of an intelligent mobile terminal for photographing by detection of the user action by means of an intelligent portable device for the intelligent mobile terminal could photograph by remote control, without initiation by users of manual photographing button in the intelligent mobile terminal during photographing.
