SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and is intended for rescue operations, it may also be used as the tunneling equipment as well. A device is intended for carrying out rescue operations, including loading, accessories and power equipment. In this, the power equipment is designed as a removable tunnel boring machine actuator body, provided with a striker and adapted with walking support with front support provided with a pivot, which is based on the front base of walking support with a possibility to turn around a vertical axis for 180. In the background overlap of walking support there is mounted a beam manipulating machine movable in vertical and horizontal planes for turning the folded sets of racks of frame support. Moreover, the side plates are pivotally connected with a beam and the beam itself is divided into two equal parts with a pivot and is pivotally connected to the central bar. On the basis of the background walking bolting there is mounted a winch and belt-type conveyor of walking support.

EFFECT: device is intended for carrying out rescue operations, increasing speed of workings penetration and increasing security of works performance.
