SYSTEM FOR TUNNELING MACHINES Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed system for tunneling machines has subsystems for separation of rock mass, removal of rock mass and fixing of formed space. Subsystems for separation and removal of rock mass are manufactured in the form of drilling and loading modules which include self-propelled loading machines of periodic action with mounted drilling equipment, drilling module, ground face re-loader with rigid flight and wedge loading module. Subsystem for fixing of formed space is made in the form of monorail platform with hoisting device mounted for conducting operations in fixing, erection and disassembly, for charging and wadding of blast-holes while traveling along guiding beam fastened to anchoring bars or capping of arched support uniaxially with heading and with cassettes with braces and mounting forks with support cappings put on drilling modules. Drilling and loading modules are arranged in symmetry with respect to face re-loader mounted uniaxially with heading that carries rigid flight for movement of drilling module over it with the aid of its own mechanism. EFFECT: enhanced labor productivity, enhanced rate of driving operations, increased level of mechanization of operations when conducting horizontal, incline and entry workings by drilling and blast methods. 4 dwg
