SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied to electrical engineering. Plant includes first power supply channel, formed by network terminals (1), power transmission lines, automatic backup switch and load connection terminals, and second power supply channel, consisting of functionally connected network terminals (2), three-phase stabilized rectifier, storage battery with isolation diode, three-phase inverter, automatic backup switch and load connection terminals, wherein said rectifier comprises AC voltage controller, power transformer, rectifying circuit with rectified voltage filtration unit, said battery comprises set of in-series connected elements, and three-phase inverter comprises current switch, power transformer and filtration unit, consisting of phases resonance filters, wherein rectifying of rectifier voltage, storage battery, inverter input voltage and voltage on load is achieved by using of said elements circuits parameters.

EFFECT: technical result is provision of voltages equalization.
