SUBSTANCE: device comprises two three-phase transformer-rectifier devices made in accordance with a multi-bridge rectification circuit (rectification bridges). The multi-bridge rectification circuit comprises a three-winding transformer with two secondary windings connected as "star" and "delta", which with their inlets are connected to two inlets of the main and reserve three-phase circuit continuously, a molecular energy accumulator, a three-phase inverter and three-phase thyristor switches, and thanks to thyristor switches, synchronisation is provided for three-phase inverters during connection (disconnection) of a faulty three-phase inverter from AC buses.

EFFECT: increased reliability of a device, provision of voltage quality on buses of DC and AC loads as power supply is switched from a working source to a reserve one and during short-term disturbances at inputs of a network.
