FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning or conditioning products, containing organopolysiloxane emulsions. Disclosed is an emulsion of a hydrophobic benefit agent, containing a benefit agent, selected from silicone, vinyl polymer, polyether, material containing hydrocarbon wax, hydrocarbon liquid, liquid polyester sugars, liquid polyether and mixtures thereof, and a cationic organopolysiloxane additive, which promotes precipitation. Also disclosed is a composition products for cleaning and/or conditioning a surface, containing said emulsion.
EFFECT: technical result is disclosed composition provides improved precipitation of hydrophobic benefit agents on negatively charged substrates.
