SUBSTANCE: foaming, washing and conditioning composition for keratin materials contains at least one silicone, at least one surface-active substance with washing properties, and at least one dialkyl ether in solid state at temperature lower or equal to 30 C and having formula R-O-R'; where R and R' are identical or different, indicate saturated or nonsaturated, linear or branched alkyl radical C12-C30. Amount of surface-active substance is 5-50% from total mass of composition. The invention also concerns method of washing and conditioning of keratin materials with the help of proposed composition.
