FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medical equipment and can be applied for introduction of medications in pathological zones determined by ultrasonic scanning. Device for injections under ultrasonic control contains body, carriage and holder for syringe with needle, installed on carriage. Body is made in form of pistol with handle and placed above it projecting forward head, in which there is guiding slot for carriage, on which in immobile manner installed are holder for syringe with needle and syringe stock pusher with possibility of axial travel, equipped with finger, and on head of body also fastened is bracket for ultrasonic sensor, and in device handle on one axis installed are two levers, end of shoulder of one of which is made rounded and is placed in carriage slot, and end of shoulder of the other lever is made with slot for interaction with finger and is pressed to adjustable stop by means of spring, other ends of shoulders of both levers are made with grooves for fingers. The invention also discloses one more version of implementation of device for injections under ultrasonic control.
EFFECT: invention provides possibility of ultrasonic scanning and following introduction of medication with one hand, which considerably simplifies procedure of injection and increases accuracy of medication effect on pathogenic zone, as well as extends their functional possibilities.
