FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical engineering and can be used in construction of dental implantology carpool syringe. Syringe comprises housing 1 with a handle attached to housing 1, holder 2 of ampoule 3, piston rod 4 installed in housing 1 is movable along longitudinal axis 5, a link mechanism for stepwise feeding rod 4 in working direction, detachable from rod 4 while return lever mechanism to its original position, and means for preventing reverse movement of rod 4 when returning link mechanism to initial position. Said means include formed on rod 4 lateral circumferential grooves 9 of circular section therebetween respective annular protrusions 10 embracing rod 4 to chamber 11, circumferential wall which is rigidly connected to housing 4 and provided with an internal abutment conical surface 13 which converges in direction opposite to stroke rod 4, plurality of spheres 14 disposed in chamber 11 to rod circumferentially 4 with possibility of their location in one of grooves 9 and pressing onto abutment tapered surface 13 and exit from the groove 9 by moving rod 4 in working direction, presser spring 12 for pressing spheres 9 to conical surface 13 and means for removing force of spring 12 with aim of returning rod 4 back to its original position after completion of injection process.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is to improve convenience of using syringe by means of improving reliability for preventing reverse movement of rod linkage when returning to its original position.
