FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and surgery. Laparoscopic promontofixation is made. Of prolene mesh implant is made of rectangular shape with tightened end and U-shaped split end. Tightened end is fixed to presacral fascia with separate interrupted sutures. U-shaped split end is fixed to uterosacral ligaments on both sides and to isthmus of uterus. Implant is peritonization is made with sheets of peritoneum. Operation is combined with plastics of uterosacral ligaments of uterine by MacCoul, obliteration of behind-uterus space in Moschcowitz modification, by kolpoperineo-levatoroplastics.

EFFECT: method provides reduced intraoperative injuries, intraoperative blood loss, time of operation, frequency of infectious complications in early and late postoperative periods, intraoperative injury of pelvic organs, shorter period of postoperative rehabilitation of patients during surgical management of pelvic prolapse, vaginal walls and pelvic floor muscles failure.
