SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology. Laparoscopically open the peritoneum of the vesicle-uterine fold. Behind the bladder, the front wall of the vagina is isolated in the direction of the urethra. Incision of the peritoneum extends laterally along the round ligament of the uterus on each side with an exit to the pubic bone at the level of the lock hole. Mesh polypropylene prosthesis is fixed with separate nodular seams, having retreated from the edges 5 cm in the middle to the anterior wall of the vagina as distally as possible. Free ends of the reticular prosthesis are fixed with separate polypropylene seams to the periosteum of the left bones on the right and left. Continuous resorbable monofilament filament is performed by suturing the cut of the peritoneum. In the special case, mesh propylene prosthesis size not less than 3 cm by 10 cm.

EFFECT: method allows to increase effectiveness and safety of treatment of patients with prolapse of the anterior wall of the vagina, to save the uterus and to shorten the operation time.
