SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering. The wind motor comprises a vertical shaft, blades installed on the shaft, the blades rotate in horizontal plane. The wind motor comprises bottom and top fluid tanks installed on the vertical shaft, the tanks are connected by pipeline, control unit of fluid delivery from bottom tank to top tank, S-type pipe edge covers over perimeter of the blade and connected by ends with top and bottom tanks. In edge covers valves are installed.
EFFECT: invention increases the torque.
