SUBSTANCE: extender consists of the shaft and the cone cutter shaft, the pilot centralizer, the amplifier, the pilot cone, the flushing manifold, the centralizer partition, the carrying prism, and the cone, mounted on the shaft. The bearing is mounted on the cone cutter shaft. The threaded bush and the cone cutter with bearings and sealings, after screwing and adjusting the bush threaded joint and the cone cutter shaft, form the bearing assembly. The locking pin by means of a cylindrical threaded dowel is mounted on the threaded bush and is fixed on the prism on the other side by means of a welded joint. The locking pin forms the second cone cutter support, holds a certain tension of the threaded connection of the bush and the cone cutter shaft, stops the bush against rotation and protects the space between the cone cutter and the prism from the cuttings particles accumulation. Hydraulic nozzles are installed: on the pilot cone - for lubricating the centralizer, on the flushing manifold - for flushing the pitface, behind the cone cutter - for cleaning the teeth rows, behind the extender - for improving the conditions for the cuttings particles removal to the surface. The design of the cone cutter assembly after dismantlng the weld between the locking pin and the prism allows the replacement and maintenance of the bearings and sealings. Bumpers between teeth rows are installed on the prism behind the cone cutter for mechanical cleaning of the working surface.

EFFECT: increasing the mechanical rate of the well expansion, improvement of cleaning the cone cutters work surfaces, increasing mounting ability and maintainability, increasing the expander service life due to the periodic restoration of the cone cutter assembly elements.
