SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rock-destruction tool, namely to a roller reamer. Roller reamer comprises a housing with an axial channel, on end sections of which there are threads for connection with a drill column and a pilot tip, legs with toothed roller cutters with peripheral and central rims, rigidly fixed on the housing, and located in an inter-roller opening of a branch pipe with jet nozzles. All roller cutters of the reamer have helical equipment and have a shape providing operating mode of teeth with sliding, teeth of peripheral rims have right direction of lifting a generatrix helical line of wear flats while drilling in a clockwise direction, and left direction - while drilling in a counterclockwise direction, and teeth of other rims are inclined in opposite direction.

EFFECT: technical result is increased cutting and drilling speed owing to more qualitative bottomhole cleaning from destructed rock.
