SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of creating the simulation (structural) interferences for the radio channels, in which the signals with the frequency shift is used, and can be used for selective radio suppression (RS). The signals of the radiation sources are received in the frequency band during the observation cycle time, and their parameters are determined, and the minimum time interval value of the signal existence is selected. The interference is amplified and emitted within this interval during the time cycle of the RS each time the signal is detected. The transmission mode control signals are generated, which control the time of the interference radiation. The RS cycle is completed, if the source signal on the suppressed frequency can not be detected after the next interference radiation. The signals of the radiation sources are used as interferences corresponding to the minimum time intervals, which are pre-recorded during the observation cycle. The interference is radiated during the RS cycle at the frequency, at which the information symbol is not transmitted at the current time. The signal parameters of the radiation sources are defined each time when they are detected. The carrier frequency value is selected as the signal values, the values of the upper and lower sub-carrier frequency channels, through which the information symbols , the spectrum width are transmitted. The interference is understood as a signal, in which the information symbols are transmitted in the channel at the same subcarrier frequency, at which the information symbol is not transmitted at the current time.
