SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for radio suppression (RS) of communication channels (CC) of mobile radio service systems (MRSS). The aim of the technical solution is to develop a method for providing the RS user terminal (UT) located in the zone serviced by the control channel (CC) "down" of the message source (MS), with the ability to control the efficiency of countermeasure activity, which does not require additional equipment for detecting the operation mode of suppressed UTs. The MC signal at the CC frequency "down" is received, the CC numbers "up" and the CC frequencies, corresponding to these numbers "up", are stored. Then, the control signal of the noise parameters is generated in terms of the number of detected and stored frequency CC "up" numbers. Then they emit noise at a frequency corresponding to the previously stored CC number. The RS efficiency is controlled by the information reception, following the noise emission, from the MC. The information is about the time-frequency characteristics of signals transmitted from the MS to the UT to organize communication between them.

EFFECT: sequentially increasing the effective isotopically radiated noise power until the information transfer at the down control channel frequency stops.
