SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of extraction of biologically active amount of natural compounds. The method of production of biologically active triterpenic acids amount of wood green extract of Siberian fir (Abies Sibirica) comprises sequential extraction of air-dry ground wood green of fir with a mixture of a hydrocarbon solvent with a polar water-soluble solvent in a ratio of 1:1 at room temperature. The extract is diluted with water to 15% by the extract volume to separate the extract into two layers, the lower layer is separated and concentrated.

EFFECT: invention enables to reduce the number of process steps to 4, to increase the product yield by 30% and to increase the wheat yield by 25-34%, to increase the plant productivity.
