SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microminiaturisation and electronic equipment, and can be used for checking parameters of microcircuits during their manufacture. The device comprises a rectangular voltage generator 1, a test microcircuit 2, an operating microcircuit 3, a voltmeter 4, load elements 5-1…5-k, a switch 6, an AND element 7, a comparator 8, a pulse counter 9, a reference voltage source 10. In the device, the rectangular voltage generator 1, operating microcircuit 3, AND element 7 and pulse counter 9, as well as the reference voltage source 10 and comparator 8 are connected in series. The input terminal of the test microcircuit 2 is also connected to the output of the rectangular voltage generator 1. Signal inputs of the voltmeter 4 and the switch 6 are combined and connected to the output terminal of the test microcircuit 2. Control inputs of the voltmeter 4 and the switch 6 are combined and also connected to the output of the operating microcircuit 3. The output of the voltmeter 4 is coupled with the second input of the comparator 8, the output of which is connected to the second input of the AND element 7. Each output of the switch 6 is connected to the input of like load element 5-1…5-k.
EFFECT: invention improves accuracy and reliability of determining load capacity of microcircuits.
