Device for determining load capacity of microcircuits comprises reference voltage source 1, rectangular voltage generator 2, tested microcircuit chip 3, repeater 4, comparator 5, element AND 6, univibrator 7, load elements 8-1…8-k, commutator 9, reversible counter of pulses 10, decoder 11 and indicator 12.

EFFECT: technical result when implementing the disclosed solution is high accuracy and reliability of determining load capacity of microcircuits.
