SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used for treating or preventing syndrome of vaginal muscle strain or coleitis xerosis in mammal. For that composition is introduced containing sodium chloride and glucose, mixed at ratio of 1:1 to 1:30 (wt/wt).
EFFECT: it provides better contractility of vaginal smooth muscles and reduced coleitis xerosis.
