Pharmaceutical composition for treating pain disorders includes mirtazapine and tizanidine or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof with a weight ratio of mirtazapine to tizanidine in terms of free bases of 2.5 to 1 and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier contains from 15 to 60 mg of mirtazapine and from 6 to 24 mg of tizanidine. Also disclosed are a pharmaceutical combination for treating pain disorders, a medicament for treating pain disorders, using a pharmaceutical composition, a pharmaceutical combination or a drug for treating pain disorders, a method of treating pain disorder.
