SUBSTANCE: method comprises melting of centrifugal cast hollow ingot-billets, their boring into hollow billets, heating, rolling at Pilger mill on taper mandrels to re-rolled hot-rolled pipes, cutting of re-rolled hot-rolled pipes into two pipes of equal length, boring and turning to re-rolled pipes and their rolling at CRM mill to commercial pipes.

EFFECT: possibility of alternative method for quality pipes production, reduced metal consumption and costs provided by regulation of characteristics and billet dimensions and their processing modes at all production stages.
