FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of coupling pipes of size 108×18×7,400-7,600 mmof a corrosion-resistant alloy of "ХН30МДБ" grade. As blanks for production of coupling pipes, hollow centrifugal cast billets are used of size 460×120×2,700±50 mm from alloy "ХН30МДБ" grade for rolling them on Pilger mill into hot-rolled pipe stock. In this case, rolling at CRM is performed into cold-deformed coupling pipes of size 108×18×7,400-7,600 mmwith a relative reduction of the wall δ_1m=8.0%, δ_2m=8.7%, δ_3m=7.1%, δ_4m=7.7% and drawing factor μ₁=1.38, μ₂=1.46, μ₃=1.40, μ₄=1.37.

EFFECT: reducrf metal consumption in the manufacture of cold-deformed coupling pipes.
