FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises casting of hollow centrifugaly cast billets, their boring, heating to a ductility temperature, rolling at a Pilger mill and then on CRM mills, rolling at a Pilger mill on taper mandrels to re-rolled hot-rolled pipes, cutting to two pipes of equal length, cooling, boring and turning them into pipe billets and rolling them at CRM along regulated routes.

EFFECT: possibile extending of assortmen and reduced metal consumption ensured by regulation of billets characteristics and sizes and their processing modes at all stages of production.
