FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, specifically to devices applicable in traumatology and orthopaedics. Device for treatment of fractures of the greater tubercle of the humerus is a bone plate with serrated outer contour. Plate is made with the possibility of the location on the transverse axis of the humerus. Inner surface of the plate is ribbed. There are six serrations, four of which are located at the corners of the plate and two in the middle. Plate has a conical holes of larger diameter for screws located longitudinally on center, and cylindrical holes of smaller diameter for the spokes or a seam, located longitudinally along the edges between the conical holes.
EFFECT: invention provides increased efficiency and reduction of terms of treatment of patients with fractures of the greater tubercle of the humerus.
