SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, relates to evacuation and rescue of personnel of offshore oil and gas facilities that are located in the Arctic and far eastern freezing seas. Launching device of lifeboat for personnel at offshore oil and gas facilities in ice conditions comprises launch platform with guide rollers and shelter lifeboat deck. Fender bar of Lifeboat with a locking device is placed against the guide rollers. Root sections of two telescope-type holders are affixed to the shelter lifeboat deck, and their end sections are affixed to the launch platform. Holders are made with the possibility of adjusting their installation angle in relation to the horizon, and lifeboat and shelter lifeboat deck are equipped with the winches which are interconnected by a cable.

EFFECT: higher safety of personnel evacuation from off-shore facilities.
