FIELD: vessels and other watercrafts.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding and ocean engineering, particularly, to evacuation and rescue of offshore facilities personnel. Disclosed is a launching device of a lifeboat of marine structure personnel, comprising a winch for personnel launching installed on its hull structure, launching platform, on which there is a lifeboat with personnel, connected through the attached cables to the winch. At the same time inside the launching platform housing there is a device damping aerodynamic loads acting on the launching platform and lifeboat with personnel. Damping device is movably connected on one side to vertical side of marine structure through limiter, movably mounted inside reciprocal guide, attached to vertical edge of offshore structure, and on opposite side it has anti-shock stop. Damping device is made on the principle of hydraulic damper.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of safety of lowering of boat with personnel during its evacuation from sea structure.
