FIELD: communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. When the UE is configured with MF-HSDPA, and HARQ-ACK information, associated with cells (14, 16) (differing, possibly, by different downlink synchronization), jointly encoded, only part of the existing codebook is re-used HARQ-ACK Rel-9.

EFFECT: technical result consists in codewords in codebook conflict resolution, when cells in wireless communication system are configured with MIMO, arising due to encodings reuse.
