FIELD: wireless communication systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method that can be used for coding channel quality information in subscriber-to-center communication line for HS-DPCCH includes organization of first base sequences for generating subcodes from 32 bits and second base sequences for generating code words from 20 bits using for the purpose first base sequences, second base sequence being used to provide for maximal throughput of system so that five numbered bits are encoded in CQI code using second base sequences. In addition, CQI coding method that has shown best throughput of system in modeling can present optimal CQI coding circuit for HS-DPCCH.
EFFECT: enhanced throughput of system.
