FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: phase portrait of signal-code sequence (SCS) is created by locating one point of the SCS in the coordinate center and equally spacing the seven points on a circle with a radius of 1.07, going out of the coordinate center; a three-digit binary value is assigned to each point, where only one of the three digits differs in each pair of the values; the input binary data stream is divided into sequent three-digit bit groups, when the data come at the clock frequency of ft; in-phase and quadrature carrier signals are generated with a specified carrier frequency for in-phase and quadrature channels; the carrier signal amplitudes are adjusted in accordance with the values obtained when projected on the coordinate axes of the corresponding point of the phase portrait for which the assigned three-digit binary value repeats a combination of binary bits in the further three-digit bit group; where the values for amptitude adjustment are changed at the switching frequency of fs which is three times less than the clock frequency of ft.

EFFECT: expansion of the known hardware toolkit.
