FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a cylindrical casing with a lid and a bottom, the tubesheets fixed in the upper and lower casing parts, pipes for the suspension or solution infeed hermetically secured to the tube sheets, tubes for suspension or solution infeed to the tube space and removal therefrom, tubes for submission to the annulus and removing the water - coolant from it. Additionally, the device includes a middle tube sheet dividing the casing into two separate cylindrical shells with a clearance between the lower and middle tube sheets, the clearance is not covered by the shells surface composing the casing. The air supply pipes are embedded into pipes of solution or suspension supply.
EFFECT: improvement of the suspension or solution cooling conditions, which increases the heat transfer coefficient value, preventing of solids deposition on the tube surfaces, increasing operating condition, reduction in metal consumption.
