FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: mill comprises a vibrator housing provided with a resiliently mounted on the base and formed with a hollow square shaped spiral curved surface on the inner perimeter of a polyhedral shape with pockets in the form of various geometric shapes with four or more sides. The chamber consists of rigidly alternately interconnected four hollow sections in the form of a hollow circular sector with four hollow rectilinear sections. The four sections are presented in the form of a hollow circular sector made from a ringed band with polyhedral surface which forms quadrangles of different size with two parallel sides being set parallel to each other and form subsections. The subsections are interconnected by free sides of the mentioned quadrangles in the form of a hollow circular sector which is provided with multithread screw surface, screw grooves inside the circular sector at an angle to its axis in the form of polygonal pockets with four or more side faces. The distance between the straight bend lines is equal to the length of every element of the polygon. The four hollow rectilinear sections are produced from at least one band bent along straight lines arranged at an angle to the band edges, forming parallelograms located on the band alternately into opposite sides. The strip is rolled into cylindrical coils, connected to each other along the longitudinal edges to form an outer surface for screw unidirectional polygonal lines.
