FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: electrometer includes a capacitor connected between the input of the electrometer tires. To investigate the high charges, one terminal of the capacitor is connected directly to the common (grounding) and to the second terminal through the switching key included in series limiting resistor. Thus electrometer has a second key which is connected in parallel with the capacitor to discharge it. The electrometer amplifier also contains a high-impedance input connected to the capacitor, a microcontroller connected to an amplifier, which provides the function of analog-to-digital converter, a calculator, an integrator, stored in the memory and transmitting the measurement result to the output and controls specified key. Between input circuits and the rest of the circuit is included in the block spark protection diodes (Zener).
EFFECT: improved accuracy and reducing the measurement time.
