FIELD: physics, measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement technology and can be used in scanning probe and atomic-force microscopy. A magnetically transparent cantilever is connected to an electroconductive magnetically transparent probe needle, the tip of which is movably connected by two embedded carbon nanotubes with a magnetically transparent sphere, made of glass with small- and large-diameter end-to-end nanometre pores, respectively filled with quantum dots and magnetic nanoparticles having a core-shell structure. Electromagnetic fields are used to control excitation of quantum dots having a core-shell structure and movement thereof on the Z coordinate relative to the diagnosis object.

EFFECT: invention is characterised by scanning lateral walls of 3D nano-objects and nano-wells on the Z coordinate with simultaneous combination of combinations of point thermal, magnetic and electromagnetic action with optical wavelength with simultaneous measurement of characteristics of electric response to said stimulating action at one common point of the surface of the object with X, Y coordinates without effect on adjacent areas.
