FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: hot water supply unit includes a heater, heating the water introduced by the heating capacity of the heater; exhaust valve, which regulates the amount of water discharged from the heater; a temperature sensor that measures the temperature of discharged water release; and a controller controlling the degree of opening of the exhaust valve in accordance with a change in exhaust temperature values. The controller in accordance with the release point, defines an opening degree predetermined as an initial degree of opening of the exhaust valve.
EFFECT: invention is directed to a quick supply of hot water at a target temperature required by the user, with different values of the mains supply voltage.
