SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication, in particular, for machine type communication (MTC) data transmitting in wireless communication network. Device comprises circuit for receiving, using interaction function when machine type data (MTC-IWF) transmitting through first reference point from services providing possibility (SCS) server, device initiation request message comprising initiating payload for transmission to user equipment (UE) over wireless communications network and initiating payload and request to redirect initiating payload to UE transmission through second reference point to mobile object administration (MME) or support service node (SGSN); and circuit for SCS resolution before establishing connection with wireless communications network, and resolution of control plane requests from SCS, wherein MTC-IWF is made with possibility to complete first reference point and second reference point, hide internal public land mobile network (PLMN) topology and transmit or broadcast signals protocols, used in first reference point for specific functions calling in PLMN.
