SUBSTANCE: release agent comprises following by wt %: oleic acid - 3.25-3.50, 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol - 0.5-1.0, high-molecular polyisobutylene solution with molecular weight of 18-20⋅104 in a mineral oil with concentration of 3.4-3.6 wt %. - 0.3-0.4, solvent extract of oil distillates with a kinematic viscosity of 10-15 mm2/S at 100°C, a flash point of 210-232°C and a refractive index nd20 1,530-1,5440 - 25.0-30.0, condensation product of oleic acid with diethanolamine and boric acid, modified by 3.0-3.25 sodium, industrial oil with a kinematic viscosity of not less than12-50 mm2/c at 50°C - the rest, up to 100.
EFFECT: increased adhesion and protective properties of the release agent to obtain class A1 concrete surface of manufactured products.
