Moreover, the stage of analyzing the text content and receiving the user's name includes detecting, whether the text content of the communication message has a given determinant highlighting the text content symbols with providing the differences of the selected characters from the main text, defining the contents of the specified identifier as the user's name, if the communication message text content has a given determinant, and conducting semantic analysis of the communication message text content, receiving the text content executor's name, and defining the executor's name as the user's name corresponding to the communication message sender's number.
EFFECT: providing the opportunity for receiving the user's name according to the communication message text content, which reduces the frequency of the detection errors and improves the recognition accuracy of the communication messages.
