SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information processing. Method in which, after obtaining information, an estimate is made of whether the information is a given type of information; if the information is a given type of information, it is compared with the keyword template; based on the successfully matched keyword template, extract key information in the information; retrieve the name of the booking agency in the keyword template; retain keyword templates that have the same name as the booking agency in the same set of templates; for each set of templates, the priority calculation of each keyword template contained in the pattern set is calculated based on the corresponding set; perform topological sorting of each keyword template belonging to the same set of templates, based on the computed priority.
EFFECT: technical result is improved accuracy of information processing.
