FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the devices for concrete compounds mixing and can be used in the building materials industry, construction and other fields of construction industry for the production of multi-component mixtures. That is the creation of three different frequency vibration fields over the entire volume of the mixer chamber for blending components of the concrete mixture is ensured. Two of them correspond collectively and the third one correspond individually as for their form to corrugated contour of three-dimensional rotation body, forming in vertical plane section at top points of the goffer the complex truncated geometric figure consisting, in aggregate, of equal semicircles, which extreme points of intersection form the vertices of the square, with simultaneous ability to create overlay effect of the given vibration fields in the center of the mixing chamber providing the possibility of creating a plurality of cumulative three-frequency fields, each of which corresponds to spiral and screw shape with creation of dynamic effect of the given vibration fields overlapping with simultaneous formation of multidirectional vibrations in three-frequency range that completely excludes the presence in the chamber of the mixer "blind" areas, additional vibration effects on blending components and ensures uniform amplitude distribution of each vibration field in the mixing chamber with quality intensification of mixing process of these components as a whole. The technical result is achieved in that the vibration mixer comprises a mixing chamber with windows for materials loading and unloading respectively, the rotor with blades and rotary drive. In the upper and lower parts of the center of the mixing chamber the upper and lower vibrators are rigidly fixed, made in corrugated bodies with vibration excitement by means of lower, middle and upper crank mechanisms with the function of creating the effect of vibration fields overlapping in the center of the mixing chamber from the lower and upper vibrators respectively. Thus, inside the housing of the lower vibrator intended for excitation of two equal by its amplitude and different by frequency vibration fields by means of the lower and middle crank mechanisms, wherein the disc with a cylindrical projection is rigidly fixed in the horizontal plane of the central part, which is designed with possibility to insert and fix a spring in the internal diameter of a bucket having the function of free compression / release; where the rocker with a drive from the middle crank mechanism is rigidly mounted at the central upper inner part of the bucket, and the pusher rigidly fixed at the upper external part of the bucket with the other end mounted to the inner upper part of the body of the lower vibrator configured to excite vibrations from the upper part of the housing of the lower vibrator by the rocker of the middle crank mechanism. Wherein the disk of the lower vibrator with the function to create homogeneous distribution of vibration field overlapping throughout the whole volume of the chamber from the top to the bottom of the lower vibrator housing by creating homogeneous amplitude values of each point displacement of external generatrix of the housing is executed; it is adapted to excite oscillations in the central part of the housing of the lower vibrator with the help of four pushers symmetrically fixed with their upper parts to the bottom of the disk, and connected with their lower parts into a movable hinge rocker assembly of the lower crank mechanism. Besides that, the disk is rigidly fixed with a guide bar inside the housing of the upper vibrator in the center of the horizontal plane, where the function of the latter is to create sustainable directional translational movement of the rod of the translational pair formed by the guide bar of the upper part of the mixing chamber, the guide bar of the rotation drive of the blades and the stem of the upper vibrator of the top crank mechanism, and cylindrical projection arranged for insertion and fixing of a spring along the internal diameter in the bucket with the function of free compression / release; with the rod rigidly mounted at the central inner part of the bucket and a pusher rigidly fixed to its central external part with its other end rigidly fixed at the inner part forming the smallest corrugation of the upper vibrator housing with the function to excite oscillations from the smallest of the corrugations of the upper vibrator housing. Wherein four projections are symmetrically secured at the outer cylindrical part of the bucket whose function is to transmit reciprocating motion to the disk of the upper vibrator intended to execute homogeneous distribution of the vibration field from the upper housing of the smallest corrugation to the place of fixing of the upper vibrator housing by means of creation of homogeneous amplitude displacement values of each point of outer generatrix of the upper housing, while spring compression to the stop into rubber gaskets is made for shock absorption of projections collision with the disk of the upper vibrator. Housings of vibrators are made in the form of corrugated metal coverings, which are corrugated thin-walled bodies of rotation forming complex truncated geometrical shapes in the vertical sections at top points of the corrugation consisting of equal semicircles in the aggregate, which extreme points of intersection form vertices of a square and adapted to create three identical in amplitude and different in frequency vibration fields, two of which correspond in the aggregate to the third one taken separately and to the corrugated contour of the given bodies of rotation with multi-directional vibrations. The spring exciter is located between the housings of the lower and upper vibrators in the center which is made in the form of spring group consisting of, at least, two springs of different diameters fixed in hollows according to their diameters formed on the outer surface of corrugated metal coverings by the group of the smallest corrugates of the upper and lower vibrators, the function of which is the creation of a set of groups of aggregated three-frequency vibration fields, each of which corresponds to the spiral and screw shape of the central springs of the spiral exciter to form dynamic effect of overlapping of the given vibration fields, and additional vibration effects on the components being mixed from the upper and lower housings of the vibrators respectively.
EFFECT: invention allows expanding the store of technical means and new features achievement by the claimed objects.
