VIBRATION MIXER Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC B28C5/48 B01F11/00

Abstract RU 2616026 C1

FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: vibration mixer comprises a mixing chamber with the ports for loading and unloading of materials respectively, a rotor with blades and rotary drive. The lower and upper parts of mixing chambers comprise two mounted vibrators: lower and upper one made in corrugated casings and generating vibrations by lower, central and upper crank mechanisms, and providing for the vibration field superimposition effect in the mixing chamber center from the lower and the upper vibrators respectively. Inside the metal corrugated shell of the lower vibrator able of generating two vibration fields identical in amplitude and different in frequency with the help of the lower and the central crank mechanisms, a disk is set in the center in the horizontal plane and is rigidly fixed, the disk is fitted by a cylindrical protrusion able of being inserted and fastened along the inner diameter of a spring installed so that it can be freely compressed and released in a cup, a connecting rod driven by the central crank mechanism is rigidly attached to the center of the cup's upper inner part, and a pusher is attached to the center of the cup's upper outer part, the pusher is rigidly coupled by its other end with the inner upper part of the metal corrugated shell of the lower vibrator casing and is provided with the possibility of generating vibrations from the upper part of the lower vibrator casing via the connecting rod by the central crank mechanism. Wherein the drive of the lower vibrator, whose function is to provide a uniform distribution throughout the volume of the vibration field mixing chamber from the top to the bottom of the lower vibrator housing by creating homogeneous amplitude values of the displacement of each point on the external generator housing, is adapted to excite oscillations of the central portion of the bottom of the vibrator housing via four pushers symmetrically upper part fixed to the bottom disk and the lower part connected in a movable hinge assembly of the lower rod of the crank mechanism. At the same time inside the housing of the upper vibrator in the center in the horizontal plane is rigidly fixed drive with the guide bar, the function of which is to create a sustainable directional translational movement of the rod of the translational pair formed by the guide resistant upper part of the mixing chamber, the guide rack drive rotation of the blades and the stem of the upper vibrator top a crank mechanism, and a cylindrical protrusion, adapted to insert and fix the inner diameter of the spring mounted to the free compression function/uncompressing a body, towards the center of the inner part of which is rigidly fixed shaft, and the center of the outer portion - pusher rigidly mounted another the inner end portion of the generatrix of the smallest corrugation of the upper vibrator housing. Wherein at outer cylindrical barrel portion the four projections are symmetrically secured, whose function is to transmit reciprocating motion to drive the upper vibrator adapted to the homogeneous distribution of the vibration field of the lower of the corrugation of the upper housing to the place of fastening the housing upper vibrator by creating homogeneous amplitude values of the displacement of each forming the upper point of the outer housing when the compression spring in the stop rubber gaskets made mitigate collision with the function of the projections with the upper plate of the vibrator. The vibrators' casings are made as metal corrugated shells being corrugated thin-walled bodies of rotation which in the vertical plane section provide for truncated rhombic by corrugation peaks points, the shells are able of generating three vibration fields identical in amplitude and different in frequency, two of them in aggregate and the third one separately correspond by shape to the corrugated contour of the said bodies of rotation, with differently directed oscillations. Thus, between the hulls of the lower and upper vibrator centrally located spring exciter configured in the form of a spring band consisting of at least two different diameters of the springs, which are fixed by the diameters depressions formed on the outer surface of the corrugated metal shells group smallest of ribbed upper and lower vibrators, and the function of which is to provide a plurality of groups of the total three-frequency vibration fields, each of which corresponds to the spiral-helical shaped central spring of spring exciter to form a dormant data aliasing vibration fields, and additional vibratory impacts blending components from the upper and lower housings vibrators respectively.

EFFECT: intensification of component mixing process on the whole.
