FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: drilling bit contains a body, a stepped matrix with cutting inserts, located in staggered order relatively to each other. The matrix steps are made joined, interconnected between each other by detachable hard bottom, at that the housing is attached to the forwarded step by pressing of the lagging step to the last one. The ring grooves are performed on the steps end surface, wherein the cutting inserts are arranged in the staggered order by side walls, forwarding to the axial line of the ring groove.
EFFECT: service life of the drilling bit increase.
