SUBSTANCE: device contains the serial key, the parallel key, the inputs of which are connected to the throttle output pin, the input low-pass filter (LPF), the input of which is connected to the input voltage source, the output low-pass filter, the input of which is connected to the output of the parallel key, and the output is connected to the load, the load output is connected to the common wire, and the control circuit connected to the control inputs of the keys, the current sensor connected to the output of the input low-pass filter, the first output of the current sensor is connected to the input terminal of the inductor and to the input of the second parallel key, the output of which is connected to the input of the output low-pass filter, and the control circuit contains a power source, a protection device for current and voltage, and a full-wave detector connected to the input source, the output of which is connected to the input of the selection and storage device, the output of which is connected to the first input of the adder, the second input of which is connected to the output of the comparator device, the first input of which is connected to the reference voltage source, and the second - with the output of the rectifier connected to the load, two threshold level shapers, the combined inputs of which are connected to the adder output, two comparators, the first input of the first comparator is connected to the output of the first threshold level shaper, the first input of the second comparator is connected to the output of the second shaper threshold level, the second inputs of the comparators are connected to the sawtooth generator output, the outputs of the first comparator are connected to the first and the second input of the parallel and the serial key control unit, the output of the second comparator is connected to the third input of the parallel and the serial key control unit, the first input of the protection device for current and voltage is connected to the output of the full-wave detector, and the second input - with the second output of the current sensor, and the output is connected to the fourth input of the parallel and the serial key control unit. To prevent short shots, the sampling and storage device provides the input voltage changes fixation at the beginning of each half cycle. The protection for current and voltage is provided by the measurement of the current and voltage at the beginning of each half-cycle. The efficiency increase is achieved by the mode of transmitting the input voltage to the load without high-frequency transformation.
