FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: to control air pressure receivers (APR) troubleshoot APR by measuring the total and static pressures of the primary and backup APR define modules of the difference of total and static pressures, respectively, for the primary and backup APR, compare them with a predetermined threshold and outputs a signal to the pilot alerts failure when thresholds are exceeded.
EFFECT: safety by reducing the detection time point of APR failure.
