FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of flight safety and can be used to warn the pilot about the occurrence of a special case in flight, associated with the failure of the main air-pressure head, with automatic switching of consumers in case of failure of the main air-pressure head to the emergency one, and reducing the probability of its erroneous actions when switching air pressure consumers. Diagnostic device, receiving a signal on failure in the air-pressure head system, calculates the projection of the aircraft ground speed on the horizontal axis of the normal coordinate system according to the data from the air signal system and compares it with the aircraft ground speed projection on the horizontal axis of the normal coordinate system obtained from the INS, and if the velocity projection difference modulus exceeds the value of the maximum total error in measuring the speed from the air signal system and the INS, It transmits a signal on failure of the main air-pressure head to the system of emergency, warning and notification signalling of the aircraft with simultaneous recording of a single command to the aircraft flight data recorder, as well as to a servo drive for automatic switching of consumers to the emergency air-pressure head.
EFFECT: higher flight safety by reducing the time for automatic determination of the moment and location of failure in a system of two air-pressure heads and automatic switching of consumers to the emergency air-pressure head in the event of failure of the main air-pressure head.
