The control point CP comprises the receiving antenna 26, the high frequency amplifier 27, the search unit 28, the local oscillator 29, the mixer 30, the intermediate frequency amplifier 31, the PSK signals detector (selector) 32, the spectrum analyzers 33 and 35, the phase doubler 34, the compare unit 36, the threshold unit 37, the delay line 38, the key 39, the PSK signals demodulator 40, the multipliers 41 and 42, the narrowband filter 43, the lower frequencies filter 44, the radio receiver unit 8, the data processing unit 9, and the unit 10 of communication with the host operators.
