SUBSTANCE: proposed system includes the equipment installed at the forest fire location, and the control point (CP). The equipment installed in the forest fire location comprises the temperature sensor 1, the carbon dioxide concentration sensor 2, the power supply unit 3, the unit 4 of the power supply switching on and off, the radio transmission device unit 6, the power control unit 7 of the radio transmission device, the logical element ILI 11, the threshold blocks 12, 13 and 14, the relays 15, 16 and 17, the multivibrator 18, the multivibrator relay 19, the resistor 29.2, the master oscillator 20, the modulation code generator 21, the phase manipulator 22, the telegraph key 23, the power amplifier 24, the transmitting antenna 25. The control point CP comprises the receiving antenna 26, the high frequency amplifier 27, the search unit 28, the local oscillator 29, the mixer 30, the intermediate frequency amplifier 31, the PSK signals detector (selector) 32, the spectrum analyzers 33 and 35, the phase doubler 34, the compare unit 36, the threshold unit 37, the delay line 38, the key 39, the PSK signals demodulator 40, the multipliers 41 and 42, the narrowband filter 43, the lower frequencies filter 44, the radio receiver unit 8, the data processing unit 9, and the unit 10 of communication with the host operators.
EFFECT: early detection of forest fires over large areas and prompt notification of accept operators about them by the use of complex signals with phase shift keying and the satellite communication system spacecraft as repeaters.
